Did you know you can already knock out those annual Back to School forms for your students? If you visit Parent Portal on the web or in the app, you can complete these forms digitally!
Some of the best perks of filling them out digitally include being able to submit one form for all of your children at once (assuming they share the same information), immediate data in our system for emergencies, and no risk of a form containing your sensitive data being lost on its way into school.

The Chesterfield Health District of the Virginia Department of Health will be hosting a vaccination clinic at the CHMS and CHHS Open Houses on Thursday, August 15 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm in order to provide 7th and 12th grade students with their school vaccinations.
