Colonial Heights Public Schools is beginning the process of reviewing and updating our division's Strategic Plan, and we're inviting families, staff, and community members to be part of the conversation!
Our Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for the future of CHPS, helping guide our priorities, programs, and initiatives to support student success. As our current plan approaches its 2027 expiration, we have an opportunity to reflect on our progress, identify areas for growth, and work together to establish a shared vision for the years ahead.

Community involvement is an important part of this process. We want to hear from the people who know our schools best—our students, families, staff, and community members. Your perspectives and experiences will help inform the direction of our school division and the opportunities we create for students.
To begin this important work, CHPS will host a Strategic Plan Community Forum:

Time: 5:30–6:30 p.m.
Location: Colonial Heights High School Library
The forum will provide an opportunity for community members to connect with CHPS leadership, share feedback, and contribute ideas as we begin developing our updated Strategic Plan.
