One Digital (Colonial Heights Public Schools' health insurance broker) has created a decision support tool to assist in selecting health care coverage offered for the 2025-2026 school year. This tool estimates the annual out of pocket costs associated with the health care options based on the medical needs of you and/or your family. To see a plan cost comparison, enter the anticipated plan usage for 7/1/25-6/30/26 for you and your dependents. All medical needs and costs may not be fully foreshadowed; however, the estimation tool may be a good starting point. Neither One Digital nor CHPS receives any data input into the tool, and it does not track any personally identifiable information.

The Health Insurance Benefit Guide details the health, dental and vision plans available to employees for 2025-2026 school year. The guide provides a side by side comparison of each of the available plans and a link to the plan details. The guide also includes helpful terms and resources, contact information, and details on the Employee Assistance Program.

For plan year 2025-2026, all enrollment and qualifying life event changes will be completed in the CHPS Employee Navigator. There are instructions in the Benefit Guide (see pg. 4) on how to enroll using the Employee Navigator, and you can reach out to the Payroll Specialist for assistance.
