Spring 2023 Comprehensive Needs Assessment
This survey is for school staff members, and it focuses on (1) student need and (2) adult practice. The feedback gathered on this survey helps school and division leaders identify strengths and challenges. The assessment results are used to help inform School Improvement Plans (SIP) that are due annually. School staff can begin this survey by clicking here. You must be logged into your CHPS account, but the results are anonymous.
