CHHS Students Lend Helping Hand To Haiti

Mrs. Duffy's Art Club & the National Art Honor Society are raising money for UNICEF with its Hearts for Haiti campaign. The money donated to UNICEF is earmarked for the children of Haiti. Students can donate $1 or more and received a heart to place on the cafeteria wall. So far they have raised over $100. Students hope to raise at least $500 for the people of Haiti. Mrs. Barker's Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America Club has been busy making bears for the children of Haiti. Students cut out, sew and draw the eyes on colorful bears destined to bring some cheer to the children. The group hopes to make at least 100 bears. |
