2012 COLONIAL HEIGHTS SCHOOL BOARD SCHEDULED MEETINGS:

The Board meeting schedule below was approved by the school board on January10th, 2012.
The schedule is the 4th Tuesday of each month [unless otherwise noted*]. The closed sessions will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the conference room and the regular meetings will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the audio visual room of the Technical Building.

The agenda for School Board meetings includes a scheduled time for public comments. Any member of the public addressing the Board shall approach the lectern, give his name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and address the Board as a body rather than speak to any member. Unless further time is granted by the Board, any member of the public shall address the Board for a maximum of five (5) minutes, regardless of the number of issues he desires to discuss.
