Tussing Elementary School Students Honor Veterans in Song

11/11/2010 - At the Veterans Day Memorial Service, Mr. Michael Souders and
students from Tussing Elementary School performed a beautiful rendition
of the song "Thank you Solders," to honor veterans. After the song, the
veterans presented Mr. Souders and the Tussing fourth grade students
with a certificate of appreciation. The YouTube video for the song has
been visited more than 1.5 million times. The Veterans Day service was
held at Memorial Monument on the Boulevard in Colonial Heights, Thursday
morning on November 11, 2010. Many members from the Colonial Heights
community came out to honor the veterans who have served our great
country.
