The Annual Plan is in Microsoft Excel format. (Rather than viewing the document in your web browser, it is recommended that you download the document to your computer by right-clicking and selecting "Save Target As" to save the Excel file to your computer. Then you can more easily open the file in Microsoft Excel.)
